Assailed, still

A frozen veil descended
while we slept,
coating groaning trees
in cryogenic stillness.


















I went into the world
amidst the slumber forced
on nature by
its own design

and discovered
time
settling on everything

I loved the poem by itself, LOVE LOVE it with the pictures. We had an ice storm here a couple times and they are so beautiful....unless you need to drive, heh.
